Pokémon Display Proposal
Radium Minis is lead by Owen and Kara Harrison. Owen is our 3D designer and Kara maintains the administrative side of the business.
Owen mainly designs 3D printable terrain and environments to make tabletop games more fun and immersive. Kara is a great lover of Pokémon, and as her collection grew, the pair started discussing better ways to display special pieces.
Kara sketched and Owen 3D modelled a series of modular display shelves inspired by Pokémon environments. They used Funko Pops as their base, setting up each display so that it could display 1-2 figures.
Now, Radium is looking for a partner to help create and share these displays. Our ideal partner would be someone who:
- Is a Pokémon enthusiast
- Loves to build and create things
- Would enjoy collaborating on the look and feel of each environment
- Could benefit from a product to sell to their audience
Whether you've sold lots of products before, or you're wanting to diversify your income for the first time, selling your own original product is a great way to maximize your audience's interest in supporting you. Plus it's so much fun!
Prototype:
These are examples. We would be happy to work with you using these ideas, your ideas, or a combination of both.
Why create an original product?
You have an audience. Your people love your videos and want to support you, but there may not currently be a clear way for them to do that. Ads and sponsorships are nice, but an original product, one that you helped to create just for them, is what audiences respond best to.
Why collaborate with us?
We've learned that a 3 part team is the best way to get things done. By using a designer (Owen), administrator (Kara), and marketer (that's you!), everyone can focus on what they do best, keeping each member of the team happy and the project moving efficiently.
When Owen joined the Eons of Battle team at the beginning of 2023, they had 136,000 YouTube subscribers and a Patreon that generated a few thousand dollars a month from people supporting the channel. Owen proposed the idea of adding an original monthly product to the Patreon, and within a few months their Patreon subscribers had doubled. Now, their YouTube channel is over 300,000 subscribers and their terrain produces an extra $12,000+ per month for the team.

Why 3D printing?
Selling STL files is simple and scaleable. Whether you have 100 sales, 1,000 sales, or 100,000 sales - there's no additional work. Nothing to store or ship. The product arrives instantly to customers around the world with no duties or tariffs.
It's a growing industry. 3D printers are more accessible than ever and anyone can buy and maintain one in their home for less than the cost of a Switch.
Plus, physical product can still be added to a Kickstarter or Patreon at a premium level.
What's next?
If you're as stoked about this idea as we are, we'd love to discuss further and get to know each other. We can explore how to add an original product to your business, rollout (monthly or a big launch?), and marketing plans.
